This afternoon there were two rainbow colored sun dogs in the sky. Got out of work early so i was able to do choirs while the sun was still up. I can stand the snow and cold but the lack of daylight gets to me some times. Pick up the pork from the pigs tomorrow. First time raising pigs, I'm very excited.
I am so happy you got out early today! Even happier that you do not go in tomorrow! Wonder if I can find a recipe for using cognac with pork?
